No. Native audio starts at Kling 2.6. On 2.0 you plan an audio pass afterwards, exactly as you would with any silent generator.
720p is the common practical output on this version, with 1080p documented as the ceiling. Later versions treat 1080p as the default, which is one of the clearer reasons to move up.
